*Online Press Center:  $850 for a basic press center

We offer a turnkey press center design featuring 12 content areas, which are customized to imbue the look, feel and colors of your Web site -- whether it be an existing site or a Web site template you've asked us to customize.  For a sample of our press center design in action, check out Killer Web Sites Demystified.com.

Content areas featured in our design include "Latest News," "Images," "Videos," "Podcasts," "Blog," "Email Interviews," "Quoting this site," "Speeches," "Bio," "Company Backgrounder," "Media Contact," "RSS Feed" and "Your Feedback."  Each content area is illustrated by a themed, digital image.  And we add up to 100 words of customized text on each page for free, written by a professional copywriter.  (Additional pages and more in-depth writing are available at a higher fee.)

The center also comes with a free Google custom search box installed on every page.  And we'll also add a link to your existing blog, if you'd like.  (We can add a Wordpress blog to your press center at an additional fee.)

*Online Press Center Content 

Once your press center is up-and-running, you'll want a continual stream of new content to keep it fresh.  We're happy to oblige:

*Press Releases:  $400 for a 400-word press release, including quotes from one company source.  One of our copywriters will interview the source, write up the release and run the final copy by the appropriate company source for final approval.

*Press Release Distribution:  We're glad to email your press release to a targeted list of editors you provide, and personalize each email by including the target editor's name and publication/news media outlet name.  $99 for up to 4,000 editors sent on your company's email address, using your company's importable contact database.  In addition, we can put together a database of editors for you; rates vary based on the number of editors you require.

*Feature Stories About Your Firm or Organization:  These are custom-researched and written stories about your firm that can be placed on your own Web site, business and trade publications, newspapers, magazines and Web-based news media.  Our rate: $1,000 for a 1,000-word feature story, including up to two company sources. 
One of our copywriters will work with a company contact to conceptualize and outline the feature, interview the source(s), craft the piece and run the final copy by the appropriate company contact for final approval.

*Pitching Your Feature Story to the Media:  We'll put together an email pitch letter for a feature story we write for your firm, which you can use to pitch the piece to editors at business and trade publications, newspapers, magazines and Web-based news media.  Our rate:  $350 for a 350-word pitch letter.
  For an additional fee, we can also handle email/voice communications with editors interested in the piece, and nail down publication of the piece with those editors.

*Case Studies:  Generally, these are articles you'd like written about clients or customers interested in relating success stories triggered by use of your product or service.  Generally, the articles are posted on your own Web site, the Web site of your client or customer, and distributed to the news media.  Our rate:  $1,000 for a 1,000-word case study, including up to two sources.  One of our copywriters will work with a company contact to conceptualize and outline the piece, interview the source(s), craft the piece and run the final copy by the appropriate company contact for final approval.

*Client Testimonials:  Similar to case studies, these are articles penned in the first-person from clients who are extremely happy with your product or service.  Our rate:  $1,000 for a 1,000-word client testimonial, including up to two sources.  One of our copywriters will work with a company contact to conceptualize and outline the piece, interview the source(s), craft the piece and run the final copy by the appropriate company contact for final approval.

*E-Newsletters:  Our rates vary on e-newsletters, based on complexity of the piece, number of images needed, and the nature of the text (sales, marketing, direct mail, etc.).  We're happy to accommodate any e-newsletter project of any size or complexity.  A simple informational text newsletter runs $500 for 500 words.  One of our copywriters will work with a company contact to conceptualize and outline the e-newsletter, interview a source, craft the piece and run the final copy by the appropriate company contact for final approval.

*Speeches:  $2,500 for 2,500 words.  One of our copywriters will work with a company contact to conceptualize and outline the speech, craft the first draft, and make any changes needed for the final copy.  In addition to live presentation, you'll also want to post a copy of the speech in your press center for additional exposure to the news media.  We can also put together a PowerPoint presentation to complement the speech for an additional fee.

*Ghost Blogs:  $500-per-500-word post, 10 posts minimum.  We'll put together crisp, clear, colorful copy for a company exec who wants the higher public profile a blog can generate, but does no have the time to continually post.  One of our copywriters will work closely with your exec to conceptualize and outline each blog post, craft the text and run the final copy by the appropriate company contact for final approval.

*White Papers:  We're glad to put together a white paper for your company on any topic at $1/word, 1,000 words minimum.  One of our copywriters will work closely with a company contact to conceptualize and outline the white paper, interview up to two sources, craft the text and run the final copy by the appropriate company contact for final approval.

*Web Site Copy:  We're glad to put together Web site copy for your company on any topic at $1/word, 500 words minimum.  One of our copywriters will work closely with a company contact to conceptualize and outline the Web copy, interview a source, craft the text and run the final copy by the appropriate company contact for final approval.

*Royalty Free Stock Photos, Illustrations, Video, Audio & Flash Files for your Web site: We offer access to royalty free images you can use in your press center and on your Web site, starting at $2/image.  Hundreds of thousands of images are available at the $2 rate.

*Online Community Management and Moderation:  We're happy to manage your entire online community or social network for your company, or simply make interesting, regular posts to keep the conversation going in one or any number of forums.  Rates vary based on complexity of your needs.

*Request for Quote / Similar Creative Content for TV, Web, Radio and Print Media:  If your looking of content similar to that above that is primarily text-based, we're you're content provider.  Simply zip us an email at inquiry@digitalubiquity.com describing what you're looking for, and we'll be glad get right back to you with a quote.


*Web Site Design:  $850 for a basic site

We specialize in customizing templates built by AllWebCoDesign, a long established leader in this space.  Essentially, our clients pick a design they like from the AllWebcoDesign Web site, and we add the custom text and graphics they desire on each page.

Customization of a basic, eight-page template from AllWebCoDesign starts at $850, and includes an initial phone consult, an initial design sketch of the site approved by you, production of the finished site, and one free revision of the site.  Basic customization also includes up to 200 words of text per page, written by a professional copyrighter.   (Additional pages and more in-depth writing are available at a higher fee.)

We'll also post and arrange up to five digital images per page on your site.  Plus, if you don't have digital images in-house, we'll put you in touch with a Web-based stock photo service we use, where you can source royalty-free images at less than $5-an-image.  Once you've selected those images, we'll post and arrange them on your template.

*Web Site Implementation $299

Once you're happy with your design and customization, you're free to post your finished Web site with any host you chose.  If you prefer, we can handle the technical details of registering your domain name and getting the site hosted with an extremely reputable hosting company that we use, Hostmonster.com.  Initial set-up, including one year of hosting through Hostmonster, runs $299.

*Web Site Management

We're also happy to manage your site long term in the role of Webmaster, if you prefer.  Rates vary, based on the size and complexity of the Web template you chose.

*Web Site Promotion

We're happy to put together a campaign for promoting your Web site, based on the techniques detailed in "101 Ways to Promote Your Web Site," by Susan Sweeney.  Campaigns can run a week, a year, or be never-ending.  Rates vary, based on complexity.  Please contact us for more information.
